So, I am day 45 in of an 8 week nutrition and fitness program called the Whole Life Challenge. This is my second time around doing one of these. I learned a lot about myself during the first one that I jumped right in to tackle another one. If you are looking to make a change in your fitness or nutritional program I recommend trying out one of these challenges. The nutritional rules are pretty strict which makes a cook out of each participant. It made a cookout of me and I never cooked before. You get really creative and feel great eating "clean." Your body and mind will love you for it in the end. Onward I soldier!
